So, you want to know a little about me?? Well, you’ve come to the right place!  Let’s start with the basics; I’m a 32 year old happily married mother of one daughter.  I’m actually from Chicago, Illinois but currently call Springfield, Missouri my home!

I may jump all over the place here as I’m not really sure what it is about me people want to know, so forgive me for my randomness but I’m going to try and give you a better picture of who I am!

I have a lot of hobbies that will probably bleed over into my blog a lot.  I love, love to read, so keep an eye out on the book reviews as I will always share the fabulous books I read!

I love DIY and Crafts.  Unfortunately a lot of times they end up looking like Pinterest fails, but sometimes I get some winners and will share those too!

Me & My Mini Me!

I have attempted to start a blog a few times, but I think my biggest problem is I’m not hugely comfortable talking about myself.  I love to talk about things, myself not so much. I’m sure I will sneak in some personal posts every once in a while, but my main focus is going to be makeup and products I love!

I’ve recently started reviewing products and it turns out I love sharing my opinion, especially when it’s a well-made product.  I have pretty strong morals and ethics, so while you may see a lot of product reviews they will always be my honest, unbiased opinion.  All the free stuff in the world isn’t worth compromising my ethics!

Until recently makeup has always kind of been a mystery to me.  I could never get that flawless look that so many other women are able to achieve, and I always assumed it was because high end makeup was well out of my budget.  This is so not true.  I will definitely talk about my favorite high end products, but my main focus is going to be beauty on a budget.  So if you want a flawless look on the cheap; stick with me and I won’t let you down!
